Flowers are presented today by Margaret White to the glory of God in honor of her husband's 66th birthday, Dr. Randy White.
The New South River Baptist Association will be building a home for a victim of the April 16th tornados.
Ms. Mary Avery lived in the Ammon community with her 9 year old daughter, Jada. When the tornado hit, they were not home at the time and their lived were spared. Their home was not. Mary’s father, Marchester Avery, lived directly behind her. He was at home at the time with his son, Tony Avery who was visiting, and they both lost their lives. Mary lost her home, and all her possessions, and both her father and brother.
The Insurance company has only agreed to pay off the
existing balance of what is owed on her mortgage with no additional money to start over with. Once we became aware of her situation, we reached out to see what we could do to help. Plans are now being made to begin work on building her a new home, but we will need volunteers and money to make this new home possible.
We would like you to consider helping us by donating funds to purchase the materials to build her a new home. What better way to show the love of Jesus, than by helping this family who has lost so much. If you would like to contribute funds, please send donations by August 1, 2011 to New Sought River Baptist Association, PO Box 298, Fayetteville, NC 28302, earmarked for Mary Avery’s Home. Thank You and may God bless you for helping this deserving family.

Help us keep our food pantry full! Each month our Beatitude House Ministry provides food for 30 or more families.
Deadline is July 29th!

Dry Milk, Macaroni & Cheese, Canned Vegetables, Rice,
Peanut Butter, Soups, Individual Serving Items, Powdered Drink Mix, Spaghetti, Canned Fruit, Instant Potatoes, Jelly, Pop Tarts, Cooking Oil, Sugar, Spaghetti Sauce, Canned Meats, Instant Puddings, Crackers (Saltine & Ritz),
Breakfast Cereals.
Remember these items are for individual family use. “Giant Sized” cans are not recommended.

A catered lunch is scheduled
after morning worship.
The cost is $8 a person.
Reservations are due by the
evening service on the 26th to Mrs. Ann Davis.
If you wish, you may bring a dessert to share since dessert is not provided in the catered meal.
Fellowship Supper
is June 29th at 5:45 p.m.
This is a Potluck event so Bring enough to feed you and your guests. Invite your friends and join us for an evening of fellowship and worship to follow.

This Year’s Vacation Bible School
was a huge success.
We enrolled 126 and
had an average of 93 each night.
We raised $900.00 to build the
Chris Ingram Memorial Learning Center
in Uruguay, South America.
